Circle Elements Challenge Card

Hello Ai fans!

Today Ai is celebrating the second week of the release of the Holiday Mini TryFolds and Circlet Mini Try Folds with the Circle Elements Challenge on their blog.  There's still time to join the challenge. For my card, I am using the NEW Christmas Circlet MTF Set. I combined it with the Merry Christmas greeting from the Christmas Wreath Set to make my card.  I always say it, but I love how easy it it to make the Mini TryFolds because the set comes with full directions, stamps and dies.  Plus, the small images are super fast to color up.

All three images were stamped onto Strathmore Watercolor paper with Jet Black Archival Ink and colored with Marvy LePlume II Markers.  The Markers were colored onto a Watercolor Palette and picked up with a #4 brush. The colors are listed at the end of this post. A layer of the Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen was applied over the the snowy areas. Once the images were colored they were die cut with the matching window dies from the MTF stamp set.  They were each also cut with a die from the Circle Double Stitched Dies.
The card is a White TryFold card base, but you can fold a piece of paper following the directions from the MTF set. The Craft Smith Crystal Frost 6x6 paper collection was used on this card.  The paper for the front completely covered the entire flap.  The paper for the second flap was cut with the Rounded Rectangle A2 Double Stitched Dies. The paper for the center flap was cut with the Circle Double Stitched Dies. Once all of the decorative papers were applied the stamped and colored images were also applied with strong adhesive They were then die cut again with the matching window dies from the MTF stamp set.  Merry Christmas was stamped with Versamark Watermark ink onto a scrap of decorative paper and embossed with Liquid Platinum embossing powder from Ranger. It was cut into a strip and applied over a piece of white paper.  It was added to the front of the card with foam.
