Shades of Pink Challenge

Hello Ai fans!

It's week two for the Shades of Pink Challenge on the Art Impressions Blog featuring the new Valentines stamp and die sets. I'm using the Lovable Animals Set.  It comes with four animals and an assortment of items for them to hold.  The best part is the included dies that have cut out hands. 

I started by stamping the images onto Spectrum Noir Ultra Smooth paper with Gina K Designs Black Amalgam Ink and colored them with my Copic markers.  The colors used are listed at the end of this post. I then cut the images with the matching dies.  The owl die even cuts the hands so they can hold things.  I chose to add a flower to the owl's hands.

I attached a piece of patterned paper from the Authentique Romance 6 x 6" paper collection to a piece of pink glitter paper and attached both pieces to a piece of fun foam.  I left a tiny border of the glitter paper showing.  I ran everything through my die cut machine using the large heart die that is included in the set.  The greeting is cut with the Square Double Stitched Dies. The square is edged with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink.
