Hello Ai fans!
It's week two of the Challenge on the Art Impressions blog. Be sure to enter for the chance to win free stamps. I used the New Chicks stamp set for this silly Easter card.
I started by stamping the images onto Spectrum Noir Ultra Smooth card stock with Gina K Black Amalgam ink and colored them with Copic markers. The colors I used will be listed at the end of this post. I then cut the images out with the matching dies that come in the set.
The background is blended Distress inks. I used Worn Lipstick, Squeezed Lemonade. Tumbled Glass and Shaded Lilac Distress inks. I applied a light layer of each color to piece of Tim Holtz watercolor paper. I then applied a heavier layer of the same colors through a stencil from Dylusions. I attached a white scalloped frame over the background and attached it to an A2 card with a piece of Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid paper attached to it.
