Shaped Card Challenge

Hello Ai fans!

It's week two of the Shaped Card Challenge on the Art Impressions Blog.  Be sure to check it out and enter a card for the chance to win some fabulous prizes. We are featuring the New Work and Play and Funny Farm release.  There are four great new stamps for you to enjoy.  Today I am using the Pand-tastic Set  along with the Oval Double Stitched Dies to create a simple easel card.

The images was stamped onto Copic X Press It paper with Gina K Designs Black Amalgam Ink and colored with Copic markers.  The colors used are listed at the end of this post.

I used Stormy Sky and Bundled Sage Distress ink on my Ranger Craft Mat to create the background on a piece of watercolor paper.  I added some shimmer by splattering it with a mix of water and the color Perfect Pearl Perfect Pearls. When the paper was dry I cut it out with the Ai Oval Double Stitched Dies.  I also used those dies to cut out a piece of deep blue paper. I formed a card base with the oval and created a simple easel card.  I added some Love Potion Nuvo Dream Drops around the card.  The tops of the party hats have some White Blizzard Glitter Drops added to them.
